What we collect

When you use the contact form or the pet sitting form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, WhatsApp number, company or neighbourhood, and message. For those forms we also record the IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.

Site analytics (visits)

To count visits we use our own analytics, hosted on our server. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not collect personal data. Each visit is turned into an anonymous, temporary identifier (a one-way hash that rotates every 24 hours), which lets us count unique visitors and page views for periods of 7, 15, 30 and 365 days. Only aggregated numbers are shown — no individual visitor can be identified or tracked over time.

How we use your data

• To respond to collaboration proposals, pet sitting requests and messages
• To send notifications about new proposals and requests
• To protect the site against spam and abuse
• To understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful

How we store your data

Your information is stored securely on our server and is not sold or shared with third parties. We keep contact submissions only for as long as necessary to manage collaborations.
